First download the app from either the Apple Store or Google Play. Sign up within the app to begin your Ma’s Donuts and more® adventure and start earning points!
earn points
To earn points, press the scan button on the home screen. This opens your QR code within the app and you’ll next show it to a Ma’s Donuts and more® team member while placing your order. They will then scan your QR code and you’ll begin earning points! Right from the start, you’ll earn 10 points in return for every dollar!
gain status
Alongside earning points, you also gain member status. The more points you earn, the higher your status becomes, which of course, come with more benefits! Benefits include earning more points per dollar and exclusive offers!
Redeem points
Use all those points you’ve earned to redeem free items all within the app. As you redeem points, your membership stays the same. Press the redeem button on the home page to start using those points!
Select Your Reward
There are several rewards to choose from when you are ready to redeem. Everything from a free iced coffee to free food. Just select the item you would like to redeem and a QR code will appear on the screen. Just show the QR code to a Ma’s Donuts and more® team member while placing your order and enjoy your reward! Redeemable items will become available as you earn enough points to redeem them.
Yearly Reset
To make things more interesting, every year your earned point will rollover and never expire, but your member status will reset to Bronze. Unless of course, you make it all the way to Diamond Status, then you will be able to start the new year with a strong advantage and restart with a Silver Status!
