Terms & Conditions

These terms cover your use of masdonutsapp.com, the informational website for the Ma's Donuts and more® rewards app. They do not govern the rewards programme itself — the app has its own terms and conditions, which are presented to you in the app.

What this website is

This site describes the Ma's Donuts and more® rewards app and links to it on the App Store and Google Play. It is informational. You cannot create an account, place an order, earn points or redeem rewards here.

The points calculator is illustrative

The calculator on the home page is a simple illustration of how tier multipliers work. It is not a statement of your balance and creates no entitlement. Actual earning rates, reward values, status tiers and expiry are governed by the app's terms and may change.

Accuracy

We keep the information here current, but it is provided as-is and without warranty. Where anything on this site differs from the app's own terms, the app's terms govern.

Content and trademarks

"Ma's Donuts and more" and its associated logos are trademarks of Ma's Donuts and more®. The text, graphics, logos, images and code on this site are the property of Ma's Donuts and more® or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Unauthorized use, reproduction or distribution is prohibited. All other trademarks shown are the property of their respective owners.

Links to other services

This site links to the App Store, Google Play, masdonuts.com, our online ordering site and Instagram. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their terms.

The rewards app

Downloading and using the rewards app is separate from visiting this website and is governed by the app's own terms and conditions, shown in the app. See also the Ma's Donuts and more® terms and conditions.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what this website does and does not collect. In short: nothing.
